Hi there,
Lately I’ve had this whitehead recurring on my cupids bow (upper lip). It’s so frustrating because as soon as I think it’s gone it’ll just come back up the next day. And today there’s two after it being gone yesterday. I admit I did pick it the second time it came back. Because the skin came off and I thought I should get the gunk out since it’s already off and I guess it made it worse. Any advice on how to get rid of it for good?

Thanks for your question! Any time a zit is picked, popped, or squeezed it sends bacteria into the surrounding pores and these pores continue the cycle of a seemingly non-stop zit that keeps recurring. No matter how tempting, don’t touch it – leave it be. Just put some “Quick Stick Acne Fix” on it followed by “Hydra Healing Skin Rescue Gel” and then leave it and don’t stress about it. Your body knows what to do with it as long as you’re not interfering and your supporting your body with good skin care and internal support (diet, supplements, etc).
