Regaining a positive sense of control
When I asked our community (via our private facebook group) if putting together a short e-book/PDF/workbook version of our roadmap to radiant skin course (a course we previously ran for those trying to figure out and navigate acne triggers and root causes) would be helpful right now, everyone voted “YES PLEASE!”
With our studio being closed for a little while (re: COVID-19), I wanted to focus on something that would help give radiant rebels a positive sense of control, something healthy we can focus on (but only they thought it would be useful 😊).
With the unanimous vote to bring an acne-prone skin-specific workbook into the world (that covered both topical skincare and internal factors), I got to work, and in a week, this laser-focus resource was born!
